I felt obligated to write you about my experience in your shop this afternoon. I first heard of your shop on 104.7 the fish. The fact that they recommend you in itself got me there. I came in at 5 PM. I had to wait only a few minutes, and once I was helped it was AMAZING. Dan was the next available clerk to help me. I came in simply to get my "Check Engine" light checked. He stated that he would not be able to really diagnose it until the morning, and asked that I leave it. When I told him, I could not, Dan quickly troubleshooted to pick a day/time that worked for both of us. We decided on Thursday, and I was satisfied with that.
Then, he said hang on just a minute, and went and grabbed the "reader thingy" and came out and helped me on the spot while it was semi steady. I told him that the shop that I got my emissions done said it could be anything from an oil change, to a new part(the name now escapes me) instead, of telling me a part, he in fact said it JUST needed an oil change. We then realized I had hardly any oil in my car. Dan took time from his busy schedule to help me with HOW MUCH oil, and where it should come up to on the stick. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to drive around for about 100 miles before I took it in for another Emissions to see if the light came back on. If it did, then I would need it to be looked at again. He was very very helpful, and made me feel like the most important. I will CONTINUE to bring all of my, AND my wife's car needs to y'all. Thanks for an AMAZING first experience!!

I just had to put in writing how thankful I am to have found Scott's Auto Center. It is such a relief knowing that I can put my trust in you. I brought my car in for a scheduled oil change a few Saturdays ago and by Monday, on my way to work, my car was leaking oil so badly that it was practically dry. I called Scott's and they immediately made arrangements to have my car towed up to their garage on their dime! As it turned out, the problem was unrelated to the oil change on Saturday. But they still repaired my car quickly and I was back on the road the next day. Of course, I offered to pay the tow charge since the oil leak had nothing to do with their service on Saturday. (But they didn't bring it up, I did). Also, I knew they had gone above and beyond when I saw that they had washed my car as a courtesy! I still can't believe that!
This is just one of my positive experiences at Scott's Auto Center. Other members of my family also go to Scott's and they are just as pleased with their service as I am.

I wanted to let you know how Bill and your staff at Scott's Auto turned a regular customer into a customer for life. I have always been a firm believer that your greatest opportunity for great customer service is when things go wrong. I recently took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to your business to have the tail lights replaced. Upon returning home the radiator exploded in the driveway. I was quickly referred to a great towing company who followed my directions concerning my 200 yard narrow driveway, quickly picked up my Jeep and had it back to your shop in a short period of time. The vehicle was again repaired in record time. When I arrived back home I noticed the reservoir for coolant was empty and the motor had a hot smell to it. The temp gauge was normal. So I returned the vehicle only to discover later that the head gasket was blown. Without any question Bill took responsibility for this and agreed to repair the vehicle at Scott's expense. I know enough about vehicles to know that if the coolant system had been working properly this head gasket would not have blown. It is integrity like this that is missing from many companies today. I feel like I have found a company of integrity and quality service and will refer everyone that I know in the area to your company.

My name is Daryl Bilderback and I had my F-250 serviced at your shop yesterday. I am sure you can find out the details of the situation and the remedies that your employees used to mitigate the situation. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you very much and express how impressed I am with your organization's commitment to customer service. I am also a business owner in Atlanta area and I can appreciate the difficult situation your shop had to resolve. Your employees handled the situation with professionalism and compassion. I will certainly return for further services. Also, below is the review I posted on Google today.
I had a very comprehensive set of services on my F250 along with a new set of tires mounted and balanced. Unfortunately there was a bit of confusion when handing off my truck to have the tires done by the general service person. Long story short, when I came to pickup my vehicle the service had been missed. I left my vehicle with them at 4:00 pm and told them I would be back at 8:30 am the next morning. I was very surprised the next morning when I received my vehicle; not that the work had been finished, but the shop had their employees work late to do a full and complete detail on my vehicle. I consider this very much over and above customer service to make up for a mistake. My vehicle is very large and the condition was very dirty, when I saw the truck I did not recognize the vehicle. It is so nice to find a shop that is willing to go above and beyond in keeping their customers happy. I will certainly be back to Scott's Auto Service.

I have spent many years as a single woman getting ripped off by auto mechanics. My daughter is also single and we can't work on our cars. It had gotten to the point we would put off repairs as long as possible in fear of how bad would we get ripped this time!
Then one day when I finished my day of work and was returning my paperwork to the office my Jeep wouldn't crank. I met a man that told me his friend had opened a shop across the street and he would treat us right. He was right.
We were so glad to find an honest mechanic! We recommend everyone we know to him.

On August 5, I returned home after major knee surgery. On Friday morning I discovered that my battery died. I placed a call to Gail Dunn of Women's Automotive connection to ask her advice. She called me back within an hour to inform me that she had arranged for someone to come to my home with a replacement battery.
Within a couple of hours Bill Carland from Scott's Auto Center in Cumming sent a representative and replaced my battery! I returned to Scott's the following week to make payment and they took extra time to verify that everything was charging properly.
On August 19, 2008 I received a hand written note from Scott's Auto Center thanking me for my business.
This is the ultimate in Customer Service!!
