I wanted to let you know how Bill and your staff at Scott's Auto turned a regular customer into a customer for life. I have always been a firm believer that your greatest opportunity for great customer service is when things go wrong. I recently took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to your business to have the tail lights replaced. Upon returning home the radiator exploded in the driveway. I was quickly referred to a great towing company who followed my directions concerning my 200 yard narrow driveway, quickly picked up my Jeep and had it back to your shop in a short period of time. The vehicle was again repaired in record time. When I arrived back home I noticed the reservoir for coolant was empty and the motor had a hot smell to it. The temp gauge was normal. So I returned the vehicle only to discover later that the head gasket was blown. Without any question Bill took responsibility for this and agreed to repair the vehicle at Scott's expense. I know enough about vehicles to know that if the coolant system had been working properly this head gasket would not have blown. It is integrity like this that is missing from many companies today. I feel like I have found a company of integrity and quality service and will refer everyone that I know in the area to your company.

I am sure you can find out the details of the situation and the remedies that your employees used to mitigate the situation. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you very much and express how impressed I am with your organization's commitment to customer service. I am also a business owner in Atlanta area and I can appreciate the difficult situation your shop had to resolve. Your employees handled the situation with professionalism and compassion. I will certainly return for further services. Also, below is the review I posted on Google today.

I had a very comprehensive set of services on my F250 along with a new set of tires mounted and balanced. Unfortunately there was a bit of confusion when handing off my truck to have the tires done by the general service person. Long story short, when I came to pickup my vehicle the service had been missed. I left my vehicle with them at 4:00 pm and told them I would be back at 8:30 am the next morning. I was very surprised the next morning when I received my vehicle; not that the work had been finished, but the shop had their employees work late to do a full and complete detail on my vehicle. I consider this very much over and above customer service to make up for a mistake. My vehicle is very large and the condition was very dirty, when I saw the truck I did not recognize the vehicle. It is so nice to find a shop that is willing to go above and beyond in keeping their customers happy. I will certainly be back to Scott's Auto Service.

Thanks for helping me keep my "elderly" Cadillac.

It has been wonderful to have a repair, maintain,  and restore resource that I trust.
